Hello, I’m Briggitta Baard, a Swakopmund property specialist with more than thirteen years of experience in the local property market. I have worked in real estate since 2005 and joined Pam Golding Properties in 2017, where I assist clients with buying and selling property in Swakopmund and the surrounding coastal areas.

I hold the NEAB Estate Agents Certificate and have built my career around a strong service ethic. Before and alongside my real estate career, my professional background included hospitality, catering and beauty therapy. I studied under Isa Carstens at Cape Technikon, experiences which strengthened my understanding of people, presentation, service and attention to detail.
My property experience includes residential and commercial property, as well as coastal homes and hospitality related properties.
